By accessing or using CombatSupplyCo.com (the "Site"), creating an account, or placing an order with Combat Supply Co. ("CSC," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or make purchases on the Site.

By using the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and current.

You also represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

You also represent that your use of the Site does not violate any applicable law.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit access to the Site at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

You may be permitted to create a customer account on the Site.

If you do, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated and may change without notice.

We collect sales tax where required by law.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method for your order, including any applicable taxes and authorized charges.

Account features may allow you to save addresses or other profile information for convenience.

You are responsible for reviewing all order details before submitting an order, including shipping address, billing information, item selection, size, color, or variation, quantity, and contact information.

CSC is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional costs caused by incorrect, outdated, or incomplete information submitted by the customer, including saved account information selected at checkout.

We currently ship within the United States only unless we state otherwise.

Orders are generally processed within the timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier or confirmation of delivery, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Additional shipping terms, including address accuracy, delivery claims, and fraud-related order holds, are described in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and store credit are governed by our applicable posted policies, including our Returns & Exchanges Policy and Refund Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If a return is approved, any refund, exchange, or store credit will be handled according to those policies in effect at the time of the order or return request, as applicable.

Promotional store credit programs, including any enhanced credit option, may be limited, conditioned, or denied in cases of abuse, repeated misuse, fraud, or policy violation.

We aim to present products as accurately as possible, including descriptions, pricing, specifications, compatibility, imagery, and availability.

However, product colors may vary depending on screen settings.

Packaging may change.

Minor specification differences may occur.

Availability may change without notice.

We do not guarantee that all product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current at all times.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update product information without prior notice.

Combat sports, training, sparring, and related athletic activities involve inherent risks, including the risk of serious bodily injury.

Protective equipment may reduce certain risks but does not eliminate them.

By purchasing or using products sold by CSC, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with their intended and foreseeable use.

You are responsible for selecting appropriate equipment, ensuring proper fit, and using products in accordance with manufacturer instructions, training standards, and common safety practices.

CSC is not liable for injuries or damages arising from misuse, improper fit, unauthorized modification, failure to follow instructions, or the inherent risks of combat sports activities, except as otherwise required by law.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, product page layouts, images, design elements, software, and other materials, is owned by CSC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the Site only for personal, lawful, non-commercial shopping purposes.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, scrape, modify, republish, or exploit Site content without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

You agree not to use the Site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

You agree not to interfere with Site security or functionality.

You agree not to attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.

You agree not to use bots, scrapers, or automated systems to access the Site without permission.

You agree not to submit false information, fraudulent orders, or abusive claims.

You agree not to misuse promotions, discount codes, returns, chargebacks, or store credit.

You agree not to impersonate another person or entity.

You agree not to engage in conduct that harms CSC, its customers, or its service providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and products sold through it are provided "as is" and "as available," except to the extent a written manufacturer warranty or non-waivable legal warranty applies.

CSC disclaims all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Manufacturer warranties, if any, are the responsibility of the applicable manufacturer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CSC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost savings, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to the Site, any order, any account, or any product purchased through the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CSC's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site, an account, an order, or a product shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to CSC for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CSC and its owners, operators, affiliates, service providers, and representatives from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your misuse of the Site.

This also includes your violation of these Terms.

This also includes your violation of applicable law.

This also includes your infringement of any rights of another person or entity.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Site, your account, any order, or any product purchased from CSC shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may bring an eligible individual claim in small claims court.

You and CSC each waive the right to a jury trial and waive the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or other representative proceeding, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If arbitration is found unenforceable for any claim, then that claim shall proceed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there, subject to applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law or applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, created risk for CSC or others, or used the Site in a manner that is unlawful or harmful.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before termination, including payment obligations, dispute rights, or policy enforcement rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The Effective Date at the top indicates when they were last revised.

Continued use of the Site after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
